SPS completes the bolt-on acquisition of Mail Professionals GmbH
AS Equity Partners’ portfolio company, SPS has just completed the bolt-on acquisition of Mail Professionals GmbH in Germany, effective May 1, 2024. Mail Professionals provides document services, including the setup and operation of document management systems.
With this strategic move, SPS continues its growth strategy and solidifies its leading position as a provider of hybrid workplace solutions, office logistics services, and document management solutions in Germany. This acquisition further diversifies SPS’s customer portfolio, adding leading DAX companies from the banking, energy suppliers, telecommunications companies, insurance, and healthcare sectors.
