AS Equity Partners Welcomes Trendcommerce to SPS Group
AS Equity Partners is thrilled to announce the successful completion of a bolt-on acquisition for SPS: Trendcommerce AG, a leading provider of Customer Communications services in Switzerland. This acquisition enhances SPS’s position and presence in the Swiss market and expands its customer portfolio across various industries.
As part of this acquisition, SPS Switzerland AG has acquired 100% of the shares of Trendcommerce (Schweiz) AG and Trendcommerce (Liechtenstein) AG. This strategic move supports SPS’s growth strategy as a global leader in technology-driven business transformation solutions. SPS offers both digital and physical Customer Communications solutions globally, with a focus on Switzerland, Germany, and the UK, serving over 200 customers across industries such as Banking, Insurance, Telecommunications, and Retail.
