On March 31, 2025, AS Equity Partners is excited to announce the successful completion of a bolt-on acquisition for SPS: key business areas of Customized Business Services GmbH (CBS), further advancing SPS’s growth strategy in Enterprise Workplace Solutions (EWS).

This acquisition reinforces SPS’s position as a leading provider of hybrid workplace solutions and office logistics services, expands our customer portfolio, and secures 88 jobs across 16 locations in Germany.
