Hochdorf and Pharmalys form joint venture

HOCHDORF Swiss Nutrition and Pharmalys Laboratories have announced the launch of Hochdorf Laboratories SA, a strategic joint venture designed to strengthen their position in the global infant nutrition market. Supported by AS Equity Partners, the new company combines HOCHDORF’s manufacturing expertise and Swiss production capabilities with Pharmalys’ established brands and international commercial reach.

The joint venture brings together key assets, including infant nutrition brands, intellectual property and technical know-how, within a single operating platform. This integration is expected to enhance operational efficiency, simplify decision-making and create a stronger foundation for sustainable, long-term growth.

As part of the new structure, Hochdorf Laboratories SA will own the Swisslac and Nutrimilk brands while continuing to support Pharmalys’ business through a close strategic partnership. The combined platform will manage the full value chain, from production and sourcing to logistics and international distribution, enabling greater scalability and enhanced customer service.
