SPS to acquire Cleardata UK Ltd
AS Equity Partners announces that its portfolio company, SPS, has agreed to acquire Cleardata, a UK specialist in archive storage, document scanning, document management, digital mailroom, and automated document processing services. Based in Northumberland, Cleardata has invested in advanced digitization and AI-driven technologies to help organizations improve efficiency and reduce costs.
The transaction advances SPS’s growth strategy by expanding its information management and business process services across physical and digital workflows. AS Equity Partners views Cleardata’s sector expertise and customer base as highly complementary to SPS’s scale and technological capabilities, strengthening the combined group’s position across regulated and information-intensive markets. The acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions.
