Mr. Tasner joined AS Equity Partners as an Operating Partner in June 2025. He is responsible for working collaboratively with portfolio companies to drive transformation and value creation initiatives that produce best-in-class performance and accelerate revenue growth.

Before joining AS Equity Partners, Mr. Tasner spent his last 20 years leading and transforming large Business Services organizations including being global COO for Atento with a global team of 120.000 employees in 15 countries and Delivery Head for the Americas at Capgemini covering 10 Delivery Centers in 4 countries.
