Mr. Siber joined AS Equity Partners as an Operating Partner in January 2021. He is responsible for working collaboratively with portfolio management teams to create and implement value creation initiatives that will produce best-in-class performance and accelerate revenue growth.

Mr. Siber brings more than 30 years of leadership experience from global technology, consulting, and outsourcing organizations. As a Senior Vice President and head of global delivery of Capgemini Business Services he built Capgemini’s globally integrated business services delivery network from its initiation to 15000 employees in 23 locations, in 10 countries. During his career, he supported his clients with global digital and organizational transformation programs, restructuring and change management.
