Ms. Pintol joined AS Equity Partners as Senior Associate in 2023. Her primary responsibilities include origination of platform and bolt-on acquisitions, deal execution, portfolio monitoring, and exit of portfolio companies.

Before joining AS Equity Partners, Ms. Pintol was part of the investment team at Limerston Capital, focusing on business services. She started her career in investment banking, most recently being part of Citibank’s team in London, specializing in the execution of buy- and sell-side transactions in technology,
media, and telecom.
