Ms. Biaggini joined AS Equity Partners as Group CFO in 2024. She is responsible for the financial management of the organization, deal transaction execution, and active portfolio monitoring support.

Before joining AS Equity Partners, Ms. Biaggini successfully set up investment vehicles at Quarza Inversiones, a Spanish Private Equity Firm focused on mid-market companies. She was in charge of the overall financial management of the investment vehicle, as well as supporting the execution of deals and monitoring portfolio companies.

In addition to her experience in Private Equity, Ms. Biaggini has over ten years of international experience in financial teams in corporate and Big4s.
