Mr. McSparron works with AS Equity Partners as an Operating Partner, focusing on technology leadership, product development, and international business growth. He works with portfolio management teams to develop and implement value-creation initiatives, strengthen operating performance, and accelerate revenue growth.
Throughout his 20+ years of involvement in security, wireless CCTV, audio, and tracking business for government entities, he developed multiple world-first commercial products.
As Managing Director of Radically Unwired, he leads a growing technology business focused on strategic consultancy, design services, AI-assisted video surveillance, and innovative IP radio technologies. Previously, as Chief Technology Officer of DTC, he led the Surveillance and UXV businesses, including product strategy, roadmap ownership, R&D budgets, and delivery.
