Mr. Agudo joined AS Equity in 2022 as a Partner. He is member of the Investment Committee and oversees the performance and value creation programs of all portfolio companies.

Prior to joining AS Equity, Mr. Agudo was Managing Director and Partner at Boston Consulting Group, and a member of the Western Europe and South America leadership teams for BCG’s Transformation & Turnaround and Principal Investors & Private Equity (PIPE) practice areas. Mr. Agudo led these practices in Iberia and Spanish South America from 2016 to 2021.

During his tenure with BCG, Mr. Agudo provided leadership for European and Latin American markets in the areas of energy, infrastructure, industrial goods, consumer products, healthcare and business services. He supported clients (sponsors and portfolio companies) on strategy, corporate development, due-diligence, sell & buy-side transactions and value creation & transformation programs.
